Location: Jackson, Wisconsin Area

Jackson Heating & AC is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Jackson, Wisconsin area.

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide exceptional customer service while onsite, addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services to customers.
• Assist in generating leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HVAC Service or Installation Technician, with a strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Possess relevant certifications such as a Universal EPA license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience direct-deposited weekly. Additional incentives including spiffs, commissions, and bonuses based on performance.

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Rotating weekends
• Year round work
